Automation Campaigns

Welcome Automation

With the Welcome Automation you can welcome new subscribers and thank them for their consent. You can create a single welcome message or a drip campaign consisting of multiple notifications that will be sent after users have confirmed their opt-in.

To set up welcome messages go to: Automation → Campaigns → Welcome Automation. You can access the configuration via the pen on the right-hand side.

The welcome messages can be individually designed in terms of title, text, emojis and images.

Although it is recommended to send a Welcome Push to all subscribers, you can attach conditions to the sending and send the message only to a specific target group.

Using the Add-button, you can add as many additional messages as you like, which are sent one after the other. The first message is always sent four seconds after the opt-in. For the following messages you can determine the delay time in days yourself. The time span always depends on the immediately preceding message.

Created messages can be edited and deleted using the pen or the garbage can on the right-hand side.

Cart Abandonment

With the trigger campaign Cart Abandonment, push notifications can be targeted at users who have placed products in the shopping cart but not purchased them.

You can set up a cart abandonment campaign via the menu item Automation:  Automation → Campaigns → Cart Abandonment. You can access the configuration via the pen on the right-hand side.

The cart abandonment messages can be individually designed with title, text, emojis and images. You can also attach conditions to the sending, so that the messages only reach a certain target group.

The Add-button allows you to add as many additional messages as you like, which will be sent in a sequence you specify. Only the first message is automatically sent ten seconds after the end of the individual online session. For the following messages you can determine the delay time in days yourself. The time span always depends on the immediately preceding message.

If the customer does not react, the campaign is run through once completely. However, it will stop as soon as the customer returns to the website and completes the purchase. The campaign restarts when the customer refills the shopping cart and again fails to complete the purchase.

Created messages can be edited and deleted using the pen or the garbage can on the right-hand side.

Inactivity

With the trigger campaign Inactivity, notifications can be automatically sent to users who have not visited your website for a long time.

You can set up inactivity messages via the menu item Automation: Automation → Campaigns → Inactivity.

Under the heading Campaigns you will find the entry Inactivity. You can access the configuration via the pen on the right-hand side.

Inactivity messages can be individually designed with title, text, emojis and images. You can also attach conditions to the sending and send the message only to a specific target group.

With the Add-button you can add as many additional messages as you like, which will be sent to your recipients in sequence. The sending of the first message can be defined either by minutes, hours or days of inactivity. The time span of the following messages can be set in days and always depends on the immediately preceding message.

Created messages can be edited and deleted via the pen or the garbage can on the right-hand side.
