You can easily upgrade your Signalize test account via the application.
Step 1: Log in to your Signalize account. Click on the Upgrade button displayed in the dashboard to go to the order page.
Step 2: Use the switcher to set whether your new Edition should be billed monthly or yearly. For yearly billing, we grant you a 25% discount on the monthly price!
Step 3: Now select the desired edition and subscriber contingent by moving the slider of the respective product variant with the mouse to the left or right on the scale until you have found the contingent that suits you. . Depending on your selection, the corresponding monthly price will be displayed. If you need more than 1,000,000 subscriber, simply click on More than 1 000 000 Subscriber and fill out the contact form that opens. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Step 4: Once you have decided on an edition and a contingent, click on Order now.
Step 5: You will now be shown a summary of your configured Signalize Edition with your selected subscriber contingent, the corresponding monthly price and the total amount per year. Please note that all prices are net prices. To proceed to the next step in the order process, click Next.If the selection does not meet your criteria, click on the Back button and start a new selection.
Step 6: Please fill in the fields with the corresponding invoice details. You also have the possibility to assign your own order number for internal use.
By clicking on Next you will get to the last step in the ordering process: the payment method.
Step 7: You can choose between debit and invoice for the preferred payment method. If you have chosen debit, enter your account data in the fields provided.
If you have chosen invoice as your preferred payment method, you do not need to provide any further information. You can pay your invoice later by credit card or PayPal by clicking on the corresponding icons in your Signalize account under Settings → User → Payment Options.
Step 8: Complete your order by clicking on Place a paid order now.
Step 9: Once we have successfully received your order, you will see the following pop-up message:
Click on Log in to return to your Signalize account. Your new Signalize Edition will be displayed in the dashboard and all the functions of your new edition will be available to you immediately.
